IQ academy treat me unfairly

I registered with IQ academy paid my 1st premium then I received my study guide books from there I did not know where too until I got a call form IQ academy explaining how things work and they tried to help me access ICan portal but it failed then the Metter was referred to other department to assist me a d was promised to get a call but none called me then I decide to reverse every amount they are debited in my account the consulted who tried to assist me before called me again to check whether my query was attended to I told him no has called me and he said on the system it shows the matter was resolved we tried again still could not log in then I requested to cancel studying with IQ academy then I was informed the cancelation department will contact me rather I was called by finance department telling me I owe how much and I asked them what am I paying for because I can't even study but I have to pay currently they ha e put me under DMC debt collectors that means I should pay for service that is not rendered to me
