IQ Academy the **** THEFT !!!

In 2017 I app**** for an online course at IQ Academy for Financial Management as this was a 24 month course. I completed my course last year in 2019 and made contact with the institution with regards to my course as I was advised that I have passed my course.

I than asked a call center agent from IQ Academy when I will be receiving my certificate and the lady said that it will be delivered to me as soon as the oustanding amount is settled, i than paid the institution the outstanding fees and was advised in June that I need to forward them my ID copy certified and proof of residence which I did in the same month.

It is now 2020 and I still have not received my certificate, i've sent them multiple emails regarding my certificate and they not responding to my emails as if i'm being ignored.

This is *********** services at it's best, when you call the phone keeps ringing no response, you send them emails and still no response.

Honestly I personally would not recommend this puppet show to anyone I even doubt that they a legit institution and i'm mostly sure that they are not registered under DHET.
