IQ Academy Poor Service
Hi, I have registered with IQ academy at the end of March 2022, went through the whole process which I was happy with. To date I have not received any feedback regarding acceptance etc, I have been calling the customer care number weekly whereby agents are either bluntly ignoring me whilst on the line, or making excuses up regarding there poor service.
upon reading the reviews on hello peter I have decided not to continue this journey with IQ academy as I feel the institution should value the student/person and this is definitely not part of IQ's values.
Pathetic service Rude agents who drop calls constantly Poor management
If anything I would not recommend this institution.
