IQ academy is BREAKING rather than building us

Beginning of 2018 I registered for an HR course at IQ, Soooooo much is said by their call centre agents in that telephone conversation that you can go take a shower, come back and they would most likely still be blabbering .Not even two months after that, tragedy struck as my mom passed away and I lost my job at the same time. I didn't start the course yet and haven't received ONE☝️session. Recently, I app**** for credit which I desperately needed only to find out I have a default against my name. They never once called or emailed me to query my non payments or to check if I'm still interested. And why the heck is it listed as a loan as I did not borrow money from them. Please IQ, contact me so we can sort out this mess.
