iQ Academy is a money making and doesn’t care about helping or working as they don’t do their work now I have to literally pay !!!! Worst company ever

Such a damn money making company!!!!

I would not advice no one to study here they don’t care about you just want to use your money for studies and it does not have recognition!!

I app**** to cancel my studies as I could not afford it anymore and request to cancel it and get a cancellation form and to know how how is the cancellation fee but every time a consultant called me they wanted to lower my installment and I told them multiple times to help me cancel it no I’m wanted to and I ignored the calls because it was no use talking to *********** people who don’t understand what you mean as I couldn’t afford it and I got proof and I got proof that I sent multiple emails but they said I didn’t but I have record of it as I got contacted by the debt collector and it’s pretty messed up because IQ did not co-operate with me and help me as they just against you and I’ve still tried to cancel it after the debt collectors but they send me the same **** message as no one gets back to you or tries to help you as they send your account have fallen behind and what now but it’s all their fault and it’s affecting my clear score as I’m unable to open one account it even apply for finance because of this stupid company that sees to no one and still today I studying something else but I’m so lost I dunno why to do or who to contact cause they just very disappointing and not helpful as I would like to cancel my account and have that amount of 9277 canceled as I’m not even studying there but have to pay and there is no building I can go to and perform or take legal action as it’s ONLiNE!!!!!!

Hate this company very angry as I have requested a cancellation from 2018 it’s 2019 and still they haven’t meet my needs but rather want to offer me lower amount to pay instead of canceling the studying or sending me the cancellation fee and amount to pay very unhappy wouldn’t recommend this stupid place to no one ever !!!!

I need this account closed at IQ and withdrawn from the debt collectors as I sent emails after putting them on hello peter and I’m still waiting as I need this sorted out !
