IQ academy is a ****...
IQ academy is a **** it now appears as loan account on my credit record I never took a loan from them I wanted to study but couldn't continue I only received a text book from them which I paid for and now they are harrising me since 2020

As a student of a distance learning institution, it is your responsibility to ensure that you study, submit your assignments and make payments as you had agreed to upon enrolment. And if there were any changes to the agreement, it is still your responsibility to inform us, so that we may advise on a solution.
Also, as advised, it is indeed not a loan that you have with us. It is a study contract and we are looking into rectifying this. We apologise for the negative impact this may have had on you.
As per you request, you have been deregistered. Kindly refer to your email for confirmation of your cancellation.
