IQ ACADEMY GOT ME BLACKLISTED

I registered at IQ Academy in 2022 the day I had to start with the online classes my father passed away and I couldnt start my studies at that very moment.. I never signed into any classes and continue to pay I fell behind with the classes and dediced to cancal it I mailed then to say that I won't be able to study so they said that I should pay a cancalation fee which I am still waiting for them to tell me.. When I went to the bank to apply for a person loan it shows that I owe real people 7700 so I made arrangements to pay but why should I pay if Im not studying it doesn't make sense I never made any arrangements with real people I made arrangements with IQ ACADEMY please sort this out please remove my name because I don't have any debt on my name
