IQ Academy Admin nightmare

On the 27th of October, I registered for my fiancé to do a PR Certificate with IQ Academy, the lady assisted us with taking down all the details, my details as the account payer and my fiancé's details as the student, we both provided our cell phone numbers and our mother's numbers as alternatives contacts. To my surprise and disappointment, an sms with personal debit order information was sent to my mom and on two occasions my fiancé's mother received calls where the consultant at IQ Academy was asking for me. First of all I don't understand how someone can get something so important wrong, which has now resulted in a bridge of our privacy. It is completely unprofessional and has caused a lot of confusion and frustration.
