Invasion of privacy and unauthorized debit order

I had inquired to study, unfortunately I could not make the cut off in terms of paying the initial fee, that secured my space. I then update the agent on that, I then saw a request through my bank for a Debit Order, which I declined. To my surprise the company still went ahead and debited my account this morning. This is a serious breach of personal account, I'm disgusted by this. Honestly, I feel ****** of my hard earned money.
