Incompitent institution IQ ACADEMY

Hi my name is Nonhlanhla. I'm doing business management high certificate with iq academy. I've never seen such an *********** institution. On human resources I passed my first assignment.. Done my second assignment and sent it on time 2 weeks before the due date of submission. When I check my results I got 0%, so I called and ask how come I got 0%.when I called their call center they told me they have been trying to call me and I was not answering my calls and which is a blue lie..No one has ever called me or send me any communication to say they can't open my assignment on my portal. They sent me from pillar to post and even my lecture and tutor are so useless,they could not help me. I did my third assignment and they didn't even bother marking it. When comes to debiting my acc.. They are the 1st one but their service is ***. I'm really angry because I called again and their agent my the name of Bongisisa Ntolosi was able to open my assignment on his side. He even ask for my credentials to assist me and they were no hustle for him to open my assignments... Im really hurt because I work very to make sure I pay on time. This institution is *** really
