In that I completed the qualification
I'm so hurt. I did a higher certificate in human resources management with them I am aware that I need to pay in full to get my certificate or letter of completion. I then asked for a letter of recommendation as I need it for work but they said they won't be able to assist me with that. I just need something with my details and the course as proof at work.
