I was offered a “free short course” on the condition that I pay an amount of R2,830 before 31 December 2025, However, after making the payment, I was informed that I do not qualify for the free course
I was offered a “free short course” on the condition that I pay an amount of R2,830 before 31 December 2025, However, after making the payment, I was informed that I do not qualify for the free course. This was both disappointing and misleading. If there were specific eligibility requirements, these should have been clearly communicated prior to payment, not afterward. The manner in which this was handled creates the impression that the offer was used as a marketing strategy to increase sales rather than a genuine benefit.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and confusion caused regarding the “free short course” offer.
Kindly note that you are indeed qualifying for the Free short course, as the SMS that was sent to you was due to your payment being close to the R3 000 mark. The email you received previously saying you do not qualify was sent without checking the list that was made, in which your name was on. Thus, you will be getting the Free Course as promised.
We would like to apologize for the upset on the matter and accept the error that was made by the institution.
Please note all registrations will be done within the last week of January 2026 for students to start in February 2026.
