I want my certificate asap

I have enrolled a course of call centre management on<br> 2012 with IQ Academy, which consisted with 18<br> modules and pay for 2 years. I passed all the modules<br> as required. I was found competent on all the modules.<br> I never got my certificate, I phoned and ask when I am<br> going to get my certificate, I was surprised to hear that I<br> owe them R200. I don't know where it come from<br> because we agreed on I will pay R400 per month. When<br> I have to think about the money that I have paid, it<br> disgust me. Its like I have wasted 2 years doing nothing<br> because I can't provide any higher institution since my<br> hope was on that certificate.<br>
