I started the course this year in March, which is 6 months
I started the course this year in March, which is 6 months. I still have not received my certificate. The last deduction was at the end of August. According to their system, on my profile, it still shows that I have not paid my course, which is still active.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We’d like to clarify that the full course fee for the Introduction to Business Management course is R6,288. When you registered, you agreed to pay this amount over 15 months at R419.20 per month.
If you complete your studies earlier (for example, within 6 months), the full balance of the course fee would still need to be settled within that time. In such a case, the monthly instalment would be higher (approximately R1,048 per month) to cover the full cost.
At present, your profile still reflects an active balance, which is why the certificate cannot yet be released. Once the agreed course fee has been paid in full, we will gladly issue your certificate.
We truly value your commitment to your studies and encourage you to contact us on *** should you require further clarity in this regard or if you need assistance in finalising your payments and arranging for your certificate.
