I q academy sucks!!

This is horrible...sonin the previous lock down i could not afford my full instalment..i ohoned and they lessened the instalments and told me i would now pay additional for a another year...i sed thats fine..so since about May this here they have been debiting my account double..i phone they sed its system down..i must let bank reverse..i sed no lets put as credit Next month samw ting..i phone again they say o but this is the instalments that was not paif when i had it lessened..i sed but i did not agree to this..ok they wil dispute Matter..im still waiting...they now just saying i agreed to this when i phone again..but i did not..and since they have been debiting double they have stated at clear score im not paying..BUT even when amounts was double deducted i went off successfully...so How is this possible...And o best is no one answers these phones!!!
