I need my assignments to complete my certificate

I very disappointed with service at IQ academy. I registered with the in 2021 and had a problem financially and the handover my acc. I payed them as we speak all of their money and now I have not recieved my results. I am supposed to complete this semester and the is no communication from them on what is going on. I have been calling them about my assignments because I can't see them.on ican. Two weeks ago I called a lady at the IQ academy call centre who told me that there was an issue with ican and that some will contact me in 3 days and if they do not contact me I should call. I did that because no called and the ladies at the call centre just put me on hold then drop. This is very disappointing because when I could not pay I was getting threatened that I will be blacklisted. Now that I have paid no one is will to assist.
