I must re register to have the certificate

I was studying bookkeeping with them,then I went to martenity leave,I couldn't afford to pay them,so I told one of their consultant that I won't be able to make any payments till am back at work,she told me that she will show on the system,only to find out they handed the account to their lawyers,am now blacklisted
