i have cancelled registration but they still debit need my refund
i have cancelled my registration and they still continue debiting my account while i told them not to debit via email

Your cancellation request has been approved and the debit order on your account has been successfully processed.
However, please be advised that the debit order for December had already been submitted prior to the cancellation request. As per student terms, requests made within 10 days of the scheduled debit may still result in a deduction of funds. Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for any deductions resulting from such late requests.
