Hi I wrote the below email to student Admin.

I am so concerned I sent my BMG exam via email day after because when I got home work the was no electricity and had to charge my laptop when it came back at 22h00 while I sent my brother to the shop to buy me data only to find out when I tried to use the data that it was already used so now I need to know what will happen with me .

I was sent the below answer Good day No late exams will be accepted or marked

No way forward on what has to be done but I pay religiously every month. I am so sure that these companies understand that mostly is the poor of the poorest who try and study further while working so that something more can come of it , I am so tried I am sorry I would have to stop paying cant have this much c;loud sorry I need the money anyway it will be 3 time if I am trying to write again this module because of unforeseen not because failed. I am going to the bank to cancel the stop order.
