Horrible institution IQ academy

Good afternoon. I got a call from IQ saying they got a complaint from you guys regarding the issue that I had. A gentleman called me and said they will fix the matter, till today it's not fixed instead they made me to repeat the course I was doing. I didn get my results for assignments 2 and 3 for Human resources... I really hate this institution.. That time tomorrow they will debit my account without any hustle and on-time but their service is horrible... Im really angry I don't know what to do please assist me Thanks
