Horrible institution.

I registered with IQ in December to start studies for the new year. In March I had to deregister from the course die to personal circumstances. They advised that I have to pay R6000 some odd for cancellation fees (not sure how they calculated this figure) which by the way is just mentioned to you over the phone it isn’t in a document, they also cannot tell you how they get to the amount. Nonetheless I just said it’s fine because what will I do. I am currently paying monthly for a course I’m not even doing. Last month (April) they debuted an additional 300 on top of the monthly fees I was paying and this debit order is blocked from reversing. They do not respond to emails or if they do they take about a month. I’ve just come to find out that I’m now listed as 3 months in arrears with IQ academy. I have never missed a single payment. I’ve been double debited for who knows what reason. In these economically trying times who can have such ?

This was the most unpleasant experience and I will never try to register with them ever again neither would I recommend anyone do.

Service is horrible. More after money than to provide a service and education to us.
