Horrible company!!!

I have cancelled a study application just over 2 weeks before having them deduct money from my account, i still got sms's saying that they need documents and I kept calling to confirm that they have cancelled and they would tell me over and over that it has been cancelled. They still deducted money from my account, i called for a refund and waited the 7 days and still nothing.... No communication at all and i have to keep calling back up to find out where my money is. This company is horrible, not happy at all.
