Harassment

I am so disappointed how if it is how they treat students, I decided to cancel my studies due to money problems, I lost my job and phoned them to cancel my studies that was the hardest decision to make but due to my lack of funds I was forced to. I was told to pay like R7000 for the cancelation and that course could have cost me R8000.I have never been treated unfairly like that.I now got the worse credit score because of them.I am mother of 4 children who need to be taken care of.I was just trying to study but it couldn't work then m told to pay such money like failing to study due to money problems
