Frustrated with the service

Money scheming institution, staff not helpful at all or they don't know what they doing. I've been in contact since May trying to get my certificate but no one can assist. I've submitted all my assignments and everytime i call one assignment either is not submitted or not marked or my marks are not updated. I'm frustrated with this institution, I've longed finished my studies and payments but no one knows or how to help. You only care about money and referrals but how can one refer such mediocre to people.
