Hi IQ Academy I'm writing to inform you that I'm bitterly disappointed with your company operations. They rather ***** and ********** to say the least. I checked my credit rating recently and IQ academy appears as a creditor, whereas I have never registered nor enrolled with you guys.

With this being said, I kindly request that my financial details be immediately removed from your database as I've never been a student of your entity nor enrolled. I do not comprehend how IQ academy claim that I owe them money (tuition fee) meanwhile I never even registered with them??? Or do you fish for people's personal details and **********ly register them ???

In addition, if this issue is still not resolve in due course, I will be escalating it with my legal representatives as I have made numerous contact with IQ academy to resolve this ********* activity but to no success.

We have investigated this matter, please refer to the email we have sent to you regarding your agreement with iQ academy to sponsor a student for the full course fees.

1.As I reiterated before on previous emails, I no longer have relationship with account holder in subject and not sure how she listed me as her sponsor as I never consented to such, nor agreed upon such arrangement.

2.Kindly note that, I never committed to any terms and conditions nor agreed upon any sponsorship arrangement with account holder nor IQ Academy and thus request that my personal details be removed from your database.

3. Unless any form of contractual evidence can be furnished, supporting the alleged sponsorship arrangement, I vehemently insist that my personal details be immediately removed from your records including the senseless reporting to the credit bureau as this would be deemed as ********** act.

4. Furthermore, I kindly request that you initiate direct communication with account holder( Karabo Mathekga) regarding outstanding funds as I have no legal obligation to be an intermediary in this matter.

5. Lastly , I have no legal binding to be in discussion with IQ academy regarding an account belonging to someone else , let alone to be reported to the credit bureau.

I trust that you find the above in order and look forward to your assistance in resolving the above matter.
