In January I made a quotation with IQ Academy, their Call Center called me and I told them I was not interested. Now in May I get a report on my credit report saying that I owe them R11,000 as a Loan, I never registered or enrolled with them and I have no interest in doing that. These people are big *****s and I would recommend never ever register or call them.

Upon investigation of your contract and sales recording which was approved on the 13/12/2019, We find that there was no request for a quotation at any point during the call, that being said we will accept this as a request to deregister from your short course in Human resource management.
Since you have not received any study material due to the reversal of your monthly instalments, your contract will be deregistered with a R0.00 fee. This will remove IQ Academy from your ITC profile upon the monthly updates sent to the credit bureau.
