Good day my name is Rosinah Makhuzeni, in March 2019 one of the consultants from the above mentioned institution called me about the courses that they had, to my surprise few days later I received manuals (books)from them and there was no paper work that I have signed to show the agreement between us .I called them back but this time it was different they told me to cancel that I had to pay R3500 immediately wich I didn't from then every month they update their status wich now has led my credit score to be on negative.i have contacted Transunion last year 2021 to dispute this, on the 09 of December the debt was removed but when I check with compuscan and experian the account is still active it is not activated kindly assist me on this matter Your help will be highly appreciated
