excellence In misleading, Over achievers in empty Promises. Strong willed in Pathetic services

I was promised to speak to a manager since none of the agents can explain to me why i was told that I would start studying in July 2019 but somehow I'm registered for Feb 2020 and you guys stil have the audacity to still debit my account and then call to as why i haven't been paying. Every day I get calls from the "Finance department" and I'm told the manager will get back to me...⏳ . I had requested for my transcript from first call. That too is a mission. I have received the worse service and if this is the trouble one has to go through within the first year. Imagine doing a Three Four year course. One thing I can give you propos is delivering on empty misleading promises. I would never recommend this "institution" to anyone that plans on ups****ing on thier academic. Pathetic service and useless agents.
