Disgusting institution

My learning experience at this institution hasn't been pleasant.

I think you guys just grab people from the streets and put them in your customer care call centre.

They are really rude and do not have Telephone Etiquette , I've called in twice now to have my marked script of assignment (MT172-1 Business Information Systems) emailed to me but nothing????, it was submitted first week of September and did not receive any communication if it was achieved or not

Your iCan portal is forever not updated

Honestly want to cancel at this point
