Disgusted with the bad service

I am so sick and tired of IQ Academy. I have been struggling since last year to have this mess sorted out but no one from IQ seems to be willing to help, now they handed to over to DMC who seems to be more useless. I have spoken to over 20 people who promise to investigate and come back to me but nothing happens. This was not the kind of service that I was expecting. I am so fed up of explaining myself over and over. You have been receiving payments all this time but you claimed you have not, when I sent you proof of payment you nothing happened. Please can someone tell me what happened to my money that no one can seem to find.
