Disappointing useless an illiterate service 😡😠🤬👎

I have paid off my student loan with IQ ACEDAMY DMC on the 1st of February 2022 already an still have not received a paid up letter diploma nor have they updated my credit status at the credit union and I have called them more than twice now they have so called rep**** to the last complete that I have sent but I'm still waiting for call or even an email from them this will be my second review if nothing is done to resolve this matter then I have no choice but to take it to the media an the legal route this is unacceptable an very upsetting I will not refer anyone I know to go through IQ ACEDAMY
