Disappointed & Aggravated

I registered in 2020 August for HRM & received the study material in October. Not even once did IQ Academy assist with studies. I just got a miracle mark for an assignment I did not even submit & i wondered where it came from. As the year begun this year , I tried due registering before the course started but that became unsuccessful. Yesterday I got a message that a registered debt collector is managing my debt. No call was made to me & these people have been taking money from my account. Please help. I am tired of this pandemic named IQ ACADEMY & I WANT OUT
