Disappointed

I`m Ntombizodwa Maureen Mdluli, IQ Academy its a scan. I wrote my assignment 3 in October 2022. I got 33% the lecture advised me to rewrote the assignment because the was 2 question that where missing it was Question 1 & 3. I re-wrote the assignment in January and it loaded under my grades and was not marked till this date. I called & emailed IQ Academy to follow up and I was not assisted. Now they told me that my 12 month academic period has ended I need to register again. The delay is coursed by them. I had a followed up serval times i was not assisted. I called on today and ask to speak to the manager still I was not assisted they told me that he was buzy.. I`m so disappointed by the service I have received. I wont advise anyone to register with tis college.
