Detailed statement

I needed a full detailed statement from iq academy and up to this day the statement is never emailed to me. All I was told is that I still owe R4600 and is in arrears since it's not monthly paid. An amount of R454 is debited on a monthly basis. I don't under the line that says "it's not monthly paid"
