DEBIT ORDER THEY NEVER CANCELLED AFTER I CANCELLED MY APPLICATION WITH THEM

in march 2021 i app**** to study with IQ Academy but just before the course even started i lost my job and i requested them to cancel the application of which they did but didnot cancel the debit order they already did on my account, i was supposed to start the course in April so after i cancelled i received a message that they will start deducting money on my bank account i then contacted them asking them to cancel the debit order because i no longer have an agreement to study with them but then i always check my debit check on my bank App and IQ Academy is still active so now it affects my credit profile because it now shows that it expired rather than being cancelled so i need help so they may cancel that debit order soon because i never started studying with them and i informed them earlier about my job loss that time and the course cancellation was approved by them.
