certificate not received
since 2019 am still waiting for my certificate course is already paid up

Kindly be advised that your course duration was from June 2021 to June 2023. You did not successfully complete all your assessments during this period and we granted you an academic extension which allowed you to submit your outstanding assessments by the end of August 2024.
Please refer to the email sent to you on the 9th of September 2024. We informed you that the assessments received will not be processed for marking because the assessments have no cover pages, no module number and no course code. We advised that the admin department cannot send it for marking and that you are required to resubmit the assessments with the correct details. We are yet to receive them.
