Certificate
I have completed my studies in 2020 and completed my payments in 2021 March. I requested for my certificate and they said due to covid they no longer do graduations.The lady requested my physical address so that they can courier it.But on the delivery note she wrote wrong address and my certificate was delivered at the wrong place.Since November I have been writing emails to IQ but they keep on saying your certificate was delivered last year November. Those people they don't read my emails and since last year . I am very disappointed in them and I will never recommend any1 to them Same story to my colleague.

24 May 2022, 21:28I am truly not interested in their response of investigations now.what I would like to hear is my certificate is on the way finish.Then they can do their investigation afterwards. This Academy has taught me next time if I want to register long distance go to UNISA.
