cancellations

I want 2 cancel my registration because no one will pay for my studies now.the person who use 2 pay my studies she passed away now am responsible for everything an I nt working anymore.so what I wnt for iq is to stop deducting the money from my acc...since I submit my assessment i ddnt receive any feedback from them but still their busy deducting 400.so please cancel my registration...ASAP.before I take further steps.
