Cancell my debit and refund my money immediately
Cancel my debit order and refund my money immediately I'm Yolanda I was interested in a course with IQ academy. When applying I was told that fees will be R550 and that I start immediately and getting my study material. They have already deducted today but I haven't received any study material no form of communication so I don't know how to study. I'd like IQ academy to cancell the debit order and refund me my money IMMEDIATELY. There was no service rendered so how do you debit money from my account

As per telephone conversation , We have carefully reviewed your refund request. In line with IQ Academy's cancellation and refund policy, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the enrolment date. As your request was received after this period, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund. Please note note that your course and debit order have been successfully cancelled.
We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry we can't provide a different response. To ensure fairness to all our students, we are required to apply our policies consistently.
If there's anything else we can assist you with or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We're always happy to help where we can.
