Cancel debit order and refund IMMEDIATELY.
My name is Thulani. I was interested in a course health and safety with IQ Academy. When applying I was told that fees will be R449 and that I'd start immediately after getting my study material. They have already deducted today but I haven't received any study material,no form of communication so I don't know what to study. I'd like IQ Academy to cancel the debit order and refund me my money IMMEDIATELY. There was no service rendered so how do you debit money from my account??
