Cancel application and removed this under my credit profile

I registered with them and paid I’m registration fee and sent the POP to one of the consultants which is Noxolo, 2monthz later I’m getting calls that I’m owing, I asked them to cancel my application which they didn’t do, and no one mentioned that the outstanding will be added on my credit profile I request to be removed an my application to be cancelled…till this day I have not received my textbooks but I paid for them
