Cancel and Refund

My name is Zanele Songo I'd no *** I was interested in a course OHS with IQ Academy, on the 18th of March.. I was told I can pay fees monthly R499..and after registration I can start the course 24hours later will get study material online. However I did not receive them nor any communication. Money was deducted from my account by IQ with no services from them. I wrote on Facebook enquiring about my studies and I got less help. How do you debit money from. My account with no services rendered? I called to cancel the course today and for a refund! However they told me no refund, something that was not communicated to me since I did not even receive a contract with them. I Request my R499.. Back and. I want it. No service was rendered to me, you have no write to take my money. I want it and I don't want to continue with a course that should have started 4weeks ago. I want my money IQ Academy
