Being Handed over for agents to fail to cancel as per request

Last year I had complained about them misleading me, signing up for something that I was only going to study this year. And that was sorted but a week later, I started receiving calls to pay. Which if you listen to every call I've received I asked them to cancel my contract with them and now I'm receiving massages that if I don't make payment I will be handed over. Which I don't understand cause to every agent who has called them I have told them one in the same thing. The only they have done right is take money from my account besides that everything that has to do with IQ has been stressful. I regret ever giving them any of my information. Till this very day I am still waiting for the call recordings I requested. I would never suggest this school to anyone. I would call to follow up on my cancellation but their agents are all rude and ***********. I don't know how many agents I told to cancel my contractual agreement but I guess they specialise in handing people over looking at all the reviews they have here online.
