Bad service to students.

Im not happy with this institution and I regret enrolling with them, their call center agents are not informative at all and the lack of communication just makes it worse. I enrolled for a course starting on the 23rd of November and on the student portal it gives me same information but there's nothing there and when I call to find out I'm given another date. Why they don't communicate with their students - I have no idea. First it was payment issues and late updates on the student portal now this. If you were thinking of taking an online course with them, think again. I would really advise you to take it with another friendly institution. IQ Academy seems like they lack resources to provide online studies everything is slow and there's no communication between the Academy and their student for updates. As a student you need to search, call for information that should be easily provided to you via sms, email or student portal messages.
