Bad service

Good day, I'm a former student at IQ Academy, I have submitted all my assignments and passed, I'm currently waiting for my certificate I've sent all the documents requested from me including proof of payment, till this day I don't see anything that shows that they are busy with the process of posting my certificate, I called them few weeks ago to find out how far is my request for certificate I was told it was not processed, I should another 6 weeks, my student number is ***7
