Bad service

very disappointed with the level of service at IQ I NEVERSKPIED ONE PAYMENT for my daughters studies at iq and now to get the certificate we get no response or feed back from them its gona be two year trying to get the certificate i am gona report this to the ombudsman and request my money back this is very bad service for a big institute like iq
