Had a very bad experience with IQ Academy I had registered for the Occupational Health and Safety course which is for 3 months costing 8k now I find out it is not accredited at all no one can find a job with their certification. They put it under my credit score and saying if we cancel we are still liable for the full amount the agent mislead me as I did ask if the certificate is accredited..

We're sorry to learn that you had a negative experience with us. Occupational Health and Safety Management is one of our Short Courses. This course aims to prepare individuals involved in the health and safety of an organisation to implement the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and any amendments thereof in the workplace. Our Short Courses are not accredited qualifications.
However, students who complete this Short Course can claim 5 Continuing Professional Development Points (CPD) through membership with Saiosh. Saiosh is recognised by SAQA as a Professional Body for Occupational Health and Safety in terms of the NQF Act, Act 67 of 2008. Many students have gone on to find employment with their Occupational Health and Safety Management courses.
