Awful indeed. Unprofessional Staff that wants to force you to study with them
They are a bunch of ****mers. They do not want to cancel my application after I was told that I can cancel my Application within 14 days. I informed them within the given timeframe. My reason for canceling was, when I spoke to one of the agents via telephone the amount they quoted was less than the actual amount that they wanted to charge as well as the period was longer on the quote after I said I'd like to apply. The period went from 5 months to 12 months, that is why I cancelled. They do not allow Applications via Online Websites, because they are ****mers. Please do not waste your time with them. They are difficult to talk to and they obviously don't have any students and try to pressure you to study with them. Truly an awful experience.

Kindly be advised that the course duration and payment term differ. The course term refers to the period it would take for you to complete the course. Whereas the payment term refers to the period in which you would pay the fees. This is selected upon enrolment and is based on your affordability. So while the course duration may be 5 months, a student may have a course term of 12 or 18 months, to allow them to comfortably pay their fees. We apologise for the confusion caused.
Also, please be assured that you are permitted to cancel your enrolment at any time. Your request to cancel has been approved and no debits will be made on your account.
