In a perfect world we would have no complaints but we don't live in a perfect world. Unfortunately there will always be unhappy clients, but from what I can see on this site, IQ Academy is doing something right. It looks like IQ Academy responds to all complaints and many have been resolved. So called \reputable"institutions don't even bother to acknowledge or respond to complaints. IQ Academy is miles ahead of the so called \""reputable\"" institutions when it comes to customer service. Well done to Claudine and her team for going the extra mile.
