Assignments results and lack of communication with their students especially the appointed tutor and lecture staff

Im a student with the colleges from late last year and brrn paying the academy their monry and did all the assignments as requested from me and i haven't got any of the response from them wjen i inquire about my results and we already on 2nd semester and still no assignments for this semester also...
